The minimum age to register and play at jiji9 is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. During the identity verification (KYC) process, you are required to submit a valid identification document such as a MyKad or passport to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately.

No, each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts violates jiji9's terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being closed without warning, including any existing balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function or contact our customer support.

To complete the KYC process, you will need to submit: (1) A clear copy of your MyKad or passport — front and back, (2) Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months, and (3) A selfie holding your identification document.
